In response to the growing challenges related to selling a home, Presbyterian Homes & Services, one of the largest providers of senior housing and services in Minnesota, has partnered with Gentle Transitions and Coldwell Banker to develop Home Connections. This multi-faceted realty and relocation assistance program for seniors includes coordination of services by a Gentle Transitions Senior Move Manager who is committed to delivering personal, attentive downsizing and moving service. Coldwell Banker real estate agents provide professionalism and expertise in marketing and selling homes.
AgeWell Housing Solutions
Experienced family advisors assist seniors to find the best housing option for their unique needs. Gentle Transitions is proud to partner in this venture by coordinating all aspects of the AgeWell client's move.
Project Management for Senior Retirement Communities
Whether it's moving 37 apartments of residents to another location so that the building could be raised, then moving them back into the newly constructed building a year later, helping with the renovation/relocation of a new wing, or assisting clients with moving their belongings when there has been a flood or fire, Gentle Transitions can help manage your project in the most timely, efficient manor and keep you senior residents happy and comfortable.
